Allow yourself a few moments of presence and peace
Take some time out of your day to find a balanced center.
Find some headphones, a quiet and comfortable place where you feel safe and supported. An eye mask can help take you further inward.
Settle more into the moment. Check in with your body. Perhaps roll your shoulders, how is your posture, your neck and shoulders, your jaw, release any tensions you may feel.
As you feel ready to, take a deep inhale through the nose, fill the lungs and hold at the top for a brief moment, then release slowly through pursed lips. Continue breathing in this manner if it is comfortable for you. Continue to find a deeper sense of peace. Feel the oxygen permeate through your body, filling every part with the warm light of the sun, with the unconditional love and support you deserve.
